Each of the Curious Fox educational resources, collections and treasure baskets are designed to encourage learning through play, if you have a question regarding these please don't hesitate to contact us.
We aim to process your order as quickly as possible. However, there may be occasions on which a delay is unforeseeable, in this instance, we will let you know.
Our working hours are Monday – Friday from 9am – 5pm. Any orders placed after 3pm will be processed the following working day.
MJH Educational is a Partnership. It is VAT registered. Our VAT no is 982 6442 89.
Curious Fox Company is the trading name for MJH Educational.
DELIVERY OPTIONS
Standard Service 3-5 days
Smaller size orders under 2 kg will be sent out, via the Post Office, by 2nd class Royal Mail.
Larger and heavier orders will go via Parcelforce on 48h delivery option.
First class and Next Day Delivery options are available as selections at Checkout.
Any orders made after 3pm may be processed the next working day.
DELIVERIES
Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, (Anglesey,) Northern Ireland
Orders under 2kg can be sent via our Standard Service and will be delivered in 3-5 days.
Orders over 2kg will be sent via Parcelforce and large volume parcels may incur a surcharge. You will be notified if this is the case.
Should you require a Next Day delivery, please contact us by phone and we will investigate options and costs in your area.
DELIVERIES – INTERNATIONAL
Import Restrictions
Due to the nature of some of our products, there are some import restrictions for natural products to certain countries. If this is the case you will be informed before the order is processed.
RETURNS & ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Contact us as soon as possible
In the unlikely event that you are wanting to return an item to us, you, the customer are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) – as well as the original delivery – If a product is damaged or defective, delivered in error or the item was incorrect, we will be responsible for correcting the error and any cost involved..
Should you wish to cancel an order for any reason, please contact us immediately by phone. As soon as we receive this information, if the goods have not yet been dispatched, we will cancel the order immediately and payment will be returned in full if applicable.
If the goods have already been dispatched and received, please package the item(s) up and return them within 7 WORKING DAYS of receipt. We advise that these are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot be held accountable for goods lost in transit on their return. We will refund the cost of goods but not the postage.
DELIVERY PROBLEMS & DAMAGE TO GOODS
Please contact us if your product arrives damaged
We expect your goods to arrive with you in perfect condition however, if you do experience any problems or damage in transit, please contact MJH Educational as soon as possible (within 24h) by phone (01905 756701) to alert us of the problem. We may then need confirmation in WRITING within 7 DAYS of receipt of the good in order to resolve the issue with the carrier.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Prices do not include VAT
All our prices are listed in £ Sterling and DO NOT INCLUDE VAT. This will be added at the checkout (currently 20%).
The website is set up for online purchases to be made through Paypal, with other banking options available at checkout. Invoices can be requested with 14 days allowed for payment.
